The intraterrestrial cities are illuminated to receive the terrestrial brothers.

We are prepared to accommodate and supply them in their physical, psychic, and emotional need.

However, it is clear the unpreparedness of those already able to share the healthy and fraternal conviviality with us. They have frightened minds full of strange superstitions of dragons, monsters, and fire.

We do not understand their emotions in disarray and disconnected thoughts.

This way, they delay their awakening in our Cities, because the sooner they are balanced and aware of new reality in accepting us as brothers that we are, sooner will integrate into the peace movement in our Cities, and easier will absorb the technical and scientific knowledge the Superior Hierarchies determined us to teach them.

Love as the strongest and purest feeling in the Universe will be the cement to join us.
