It is much better a painful physical incarnation than a spirit regretted in the spiritual plan.

The Spirit’s material life means the restoring sleep through the forgetfulness. In that meantime, he balance his nervous cells coordinating the electric pulses for a minimum discharge of electricity enough to restore the human mind.

Before the physical suffering, you ought to thank the Creator who provides everything for your evolution.
