Save energies and avoid either rumors or insane attitudes.

Try to have the mental spirit clean. Thoughts with form, color and much power and are materialized, thence, pray and watch is essential.

Have the reading, the edifying and charitable work as your self-defense.

Sooner, you must walk by yourselves. It depends on you begin the self-defense already announced.

God never abandons you, and Jesus is the Road, the Truth and the Life.
