The physical body is instrument of progress to the immortal spirit; and as such, it should be well treated and valued for not suffer unnecessary damages interrupting the Spirit’s purifying process before the programmed hour.

At this "end of times", the careless incarnate beings have not been valuing the physical body, as "shrine of the spirit."

Wrongly, they try to "improve" what the work of God "did not get", stereotyping the body according to the current fashion. They are instincts and hormones guiding unbalanced minds.

There are also, the premature deaths of healthy bodies due to the worldly incarnate beings arrested to the degrading addiction and violent death.

Those that are provoking damage to their physical constitution due to carelessness, surgical mutilation or excessive exercises and hormones, disregard life, they are candidates to the expiation in the astral plane. Over there, they may stay for time much more than the necessary suffering in order drain what could be done in the matter through the physical body preserved.

The physical body, "shrine of the spirit", being perishable, it should be protected and loved, not mutilated or neglected.

Brothers, look for inner balance in acting through the practice of love and of development of the faith that removes mountains, since it has the size of a mustard grain.
