Astral travel:

By astral travel, I was taken to a small starship commonly used as mean of transport. The destiny was the intraterrestrial city Stelta in Pedra Azul/ES. There, I and other companions were in a comfortable Auditorium and we received instructions necessary for helping the wounded people after the three days of blackout.

Our brother Ersam who works in an intraterrestrial city, he made the lecture. In a certain moment, some people wanted to know how to assist the wounded beings without resources and procedures usually existent in a hospital.

In reply to their questions, Ersam said:

Listen to your hearts, on those moments of inner afflictions. Do not worry about lack of medicines or other resources to help your suffering brothers.

Know that you will help and provide them quick curatives, but not save them!

Remember that those brothers' life will last while is necessary.

Do not think that helping them you will avoid them the death. Considering them without knowledge on Spiritist Doctrine, you only can emit edifying thoughts, to address prayers for those souls and comfort them in their afflictions.

It is very important always to connect the mind with us.

Avoid the panic and despair.

Be careful, my dear ones, because any lapse will be considered desertion and we will not have enough time to aid them.

You were prepared previously. We sorry to notice you fall, and unable to aid you, if you maintain uncontrolled your minds.

We recommend you intimate balance in agreement with the Sublime Ideals.
