The Rights of the Future Generations

"Why we should preserve the planet, if not for our children and grandchildren?" - Jacques Yves Cousteau.

This text was proposed by Cousteau's Society and afterwards adopted by the General Assembly of the Organization of the United Nations (UN):

The General Assembly,

Considering the determination proclaimed by the peoples of the world in the Letter of the Unite Nations in reaffirming the faith in the dignity and person's human value and in the promotion of the social and best progress standards of living with larger freedom;

Understanding that among the purposes of the United Nations is the one of getting international cooperation in the solution of the international problems and of being a harmonization center of the activities of the nations in the achievement of these common purposes;

Recognizing that for the first time in the History of the rights of the future generations of exercising options concerning the nutrition, the continuity of life and the enrichment and diversification of your physical and mental environments are seriously threatened;

Believing that the preservation and the promotion of this right is a demand to the conscience of all the peoples and all the nations;

Convinced that each generation has the inherent right in the determination of its own destiny and the correspondent responsibility in granting a similar right to future generations as an extension of the right of the alive;

Proclaims solemnly the need to assure the universal recognition of this right and of this responsibility. For so, declares that:

Article 1:

The future generations have the right to an Earth without contamination and without damages, for its joy, as a place of the History of the humanity, of the culture and of the social liaisons, which makes of each generation and of each individual a member of the human family.

Article 2:

Each generation, in sharing the patrimony and the inheritance of the Earth, has the duty, as curator of the future generations, to prevent the irreversible or irreparable damages to life in the Earth and to the freedom and to the human dignity.

Article 3:

It is, therefore, a supreme responsibility of each generation to keep a constant vigil and a rising caution of the technological disturbances and of the modifications which may affect adversely life in the Earth, the balance of nature and humanity's evolution, and to protect the rights of future generations.

Article 4:

All the appropriated measures, inclusive the education, research and legislation, should be taken to guarantee these rights and to assure that they are not sacrificed by means and conveniences of the present.

Article 5:

Governments, non governmental organizations and individuals are urged, therefore, to implement imaginatively these principles, as if they were in the presence of these future generations, whose rights we must fight to establish and to perpetuate.

Astral Journeys

On my mental screen everything became dark. After the light appeared as in a summer's dawn. I saw an outlandish horizon flooded of light.

After an incredible thing; I saw an enormous mushroom sweeping the entire atmosphere; I saw the center of the explosion. The fire seemed to be one being alive, such its power. I saw objects and beings disappear instantly. The fire was a thing alone, spreading itself everywhere. Soon after, as if I find myself in the astral plan, I saw a "flame" passing in my front as if it was taken by the wind. I distrusted, I mean, had the impression that it was a human being, which passed away in the epicenter of the explosion of an atomic bomb. I immediately had the positive confirmation. A spirit appeared and tried to hold the "flame" in its arms as it took other form and another consistency, however, the spirit could not hold the brother, even being shapeless spirits not creating any objection. The Spirit lowered, as kneeling in one leg trying to hold the shapeless brother in his lap and then placing him in his knees, that unrecognizable human form that was braking in pieces, disintegrating, completely alienated of the situation.

It was not something as fight or alienation, it was a state of total, strange and terrible absence, which I never had seen before, as if happened a double death instantly: the death of the physical body and the death of the perispirit, or astral body, or bioenergetic body. The helping brother was disoriented to the see that energy, that "formless thing" melting itself, dividing itself in his hands, falling into pieces by the ground. He was despaired as he couldn’t do anything; because I believe that the situation was totally unprecedented, being his first experience with it.

I think these pictures were projections of the Askashic Registration of the atomic explosion in Japan, in 1945 during the 2nd great world war, in the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Above was described a psychic view in 02/l2/91 and now we are going to read some considerations of the spiritual medium in mental colloquy with Superior Beings, which resulted in the following conclusion:

The therapy for the deceased under the impact caused by a nuclear explosion is unknown for the spiritual workers of the Astral Plan. It is necessary to be said that there are so evolved beings which could solve these problems, however, for the earth humanity to receive these helps it is necessary to deserve it. To each one according to its merit. Nothing is given free.

The extraterrestrials, more advanced than ourselves in technology, science, morality and spirituality, without interfering in our free will, assists us in a great manner in the health area, however, they find difficulties in this field because they confront strange planetary elements to their environment, in other words, to their world because the planets have different constitution. On the other hand, the problem created by the terrestrial scientists when they developed the nuclear project disintegrating the atoms and manufacturing murderous weapons never seen, should be solved by them, scientists, developing new mechanisms to improve the effects caused by their senseless creations. If the FATHER allowed the development of the science to that apprenticeship, it was not to be used to the evil, and yes, for humanity's progress. It is God Law: "You will not kill".

I am in mental contact with Beings of the last journey that I did about the derived problems of the nuclear weapons (words of the already concentrated spiritual medium); below the dialog made between them.

Question - why the insistence about a subject of which, I have received several messages in the past?

Answer - Because we need to announce the danger that the earth beings are exposed in provoking a holocaust in the planet through the nuclear detonations. It is extremely important to know that it is too terrible, inexpressible suffering for human being's spirit which dies in a nuclear explosion.

Question - why you do not bring spirits which died in this situation so that we can talk with them in order to soothe a little their suffering?

Answer - In most cases these spirits, due to the summarily drastic form in witch they passed away, judge themselves in immense pain and madness and that they do not exist anymore. An approach in the Spiritual Plan is almost impossible and an incorporation would put in risk the life of the spiritual medium, having in mind the gravity of the problem.

Question - How I, for example, not being an expert in nuclear bombs, not being famous in any social area, and not being a publisher of newspapers or magazines, cant announce this matter in a very convincing manner?

Answer - You can not imagine what we can do with a phrase. We just need that they leave the Mental Plan and penetrate in your world, in the Physical Plan. May your group spread to other groups, and publish in their Bulletins, newspapers and magazines. Hand in hand, these revelations can arrive to "hands" which detain the power; to men that legislate and are accessible to our appeals. Continue working and leave the rest with us, by this way we will avoid this hecatomb until the "end of the times". Everybody together will see what fantastic, grandiose thing, is to win. We cannot now explain to you the details of the process because many things are out of your comprehension. How to make to you understand what passes with a spirit that has passed away in such terms? How to comprehend that many of them will stay centuries without being able to reincarnate by real impossibility, loosing a great time and opportunity of spiritual elevation?

Question - By any chance are you working with new problems I mean, expressing me, with disintegration of the bodies that covers the divine spark, the spirit? Is it the first time that this happens in the Cosmos as consequence of the atomic explosions?

Answer - No. That already happened many times and is going to happen other so many. It is for this reason that we try to make that fact does not occur, because the consequences are disastrous for the beings. Anyway, our function is to instruct and to alert for the dangers. The merit, the victory, is of the humanity which absorbing the advices manage to win its instincts, vices and pride, interrupting the process that is going on. We will not uphold you. We now only inform you of the unchain that will occur in the intimate of the semi-destroyed spirit.

Question - So many people speak alerting about this subject and, however, seems that does not give any result.

Answer - We will use a phrase of yours: "soft water in hard stone hits so much until it brakes". We will not get tired in calling the attention for that fact, sending repeated messages to the whole world. Even if we have to repeat them hundreds of times', we need that one of them arrives to the right location.

Question - I feel weak and discouraged regarding this subject; I feel that it is not enough worthwhile speaking about it, because the aimed people are deaf.

Answer - Have faith in GOD, courage and force. We are starting. May GOD be with all of you.

Note: This mental dialog maintained between a spiritual medium and an extraterrestrial team took place on 18/05/87. From there on, many waters rolled in this dear and so disturbed Planet and, among them, regarding the race for the nuclear disarmament. Our bigger brothers were with the reason.

This question of the effects of the more or less intense radioactivity acting on the human being is the motive for our extra brother and intra terrestrials to give messages once in a while. Thus happened after the "Cesium Case" in Goiânia, which made Brazil and various countries of the world to go back to this the subject.

In our group of spiritual jobs, we were receiving by mediunic ways, or communication channel between the physical plan and hyper physical, the following revelation:

A team of more or less 6 extraterrestrials were at Goiânia at that time of the Cesium case and, taking advantage of a rain which dropped into the region, placed in the contaminated location a solution to minimize the effects of the radiation. Exactly because of this the forecasts of the German scientist that were present where not formalized. As nothing of the foreseen happened, the Brazilian government said that the scientists where sowing panic in the population.

In the spiritual plan, also was made a cleaning to minimize the effects which are much more disastrous there than in the physical plan. They also worked in the deposit that was made to storage the nuclear garbage.

They revealed although that the people hit by the accident of the capsule of the Cesium, were rescuing debits of passed existence.

This knowledge’s were passed to us through a physic view in 24/05/88.

In the day of 28/02/92 treatment in spirits were seen which died in nuclear detonations, in order to recover them. It consisted in the application of a substance which reminded ice and with a low temperature. This therapy, let to be understood, was a recent discovery in the spiritual world of our planet. It also was shown a cancer treatment with chemotherapy and radiotherapy here in the physical plan being against attacked by them with the same substance similar to freeze, in order to eliminate or to neutralize the damages of the harmful radiation.
