Brothers and friends of the surface of earth,

Our houses are already receiving many human beings. The accomplished planning resulted in correct execution, because the brothers rescued from recent catastrophes, they adapt well in our cities.

There is no despair or revolt. All patients are assisted properly and recovering from hard suffering. We would like to see published the planned and executed assistance so that everyone could know the success of the accomplished work.

Margarida: The brother is speaking of intraterrestrial brothers, is not it?

Intraterrestrial: Yes, we are these who living inside the earth, we open our houses to welcome you. We have already collected from recent earthquakes of great proportions; many brothers of the surface that inhabit peacefully with us in our Cities. We came to announce the success of the planned rescue without disturbances or tumults, indicating us that, if is increased the rescue, we shall repeat the positive results.

It is great joy the success for that taskwork. We visited feeding and maintaining alive those brothers that were under ruins, until we had permission to collect them. Superior spirits indicated us the spirits to be collected, to be alive or leave them free to make their choices.

Margarida: where are you from?

Intra: I am here as representative of Stelta, which is a friend city.

Margarida: It is close to us. We were going to visit it today, but we did not go.

Margarida: Are those people going for Stelta because this city is above the terrestrial crust, at fourth dimension?

Intraterrestrial: They no more return from there.

Margarida: And those who are going there, are they in physical body or not? Intra: We come to announce the success when they came in physical body to meet us and remained healthy mental and physically. Most is recovering, which we consider of great success, even sickened by the physical effects from earthquakes, they can see us, without fear, because we are not exactly similar to humans.

Margarida: It is what I would like to understand my Brother to answer questions later. They are in physical body; it could be with us, but if the city is in another dimension, how is the relationship among people of Stelta and us still in the physical plane?

Intra: The sections of the City are destined to receive humans rescued still in physical body, in order to return on the surface after the alignment of the Earth’s axel. They are prepared appropriately for not receive the high load of natural energy in our City, but also to preserve the appropriate atmosphere for the human condition in situation of progress, not of inferiority, because only will be brought those, whose hearts vibrate in love, kindness, pardon, humility and compassion.

Margarida: what happens in case of communication between an individual of Stelta and other of the surface, if the first one no longer has the body as we have? Is there materialization?

Intra - Those destined to take care of the collected beings and of the maintenance of those areas, they receive an appropriate preparation, protection around their bodies that thickens enough to be noticed by human beings.

When they leave that space destined to receive humans or regions of rescue, they retake their natural bodies as any other inhabitant.

There is a careful selection and there was also a careful preparation of all those who would serve in contact with humans, not all people of Stelta are prepared to enter in contact with humans, and not all humans are prepared and trained to fight in the current combats.

Margarida: My brother, how is our dear Pena Verde (Green Feather), whose name I do not remember, maybe Phoenix? I am missing him a lot.
