After identified a place, which fluidic structures favors the opening of a "Portal", they begin the preparation under the command of "Deva".

Through "superior guidelines", the Regent of Devas communicates with the responsible for "elemental forces" of the chosen area, about the intention of the Spirituality and invites him to collaborate for materialization of the Superior Will.

For a Deva, request is reason great joy, because it means the opportunity of extra work for itself and followers allowing them faster spiritual progress.

Great assembly begins inviting the Elementals to suggest how to proceed in cleaning and initial preparation.

The measure aims to develop in Elementals the reasoning, obligation of Devas in their role of leaders.

After defined the stages of work, Elementals walk through the atmosphere where live in order to communicate the news to local inhabitants and, after requesting the cooperation of all, they begin handling the existent energies, as well as those liberated by plants, animals and other local inhabitants.

The work is intense and increases in the measure that moves forward.

Small electric sparkles represent the intense activity of "Elementals" that try to capture the energies from sub-planes, immediately subsequent to the astral plane, corresponding to the place in the physical plane.

When all little explosions of light begin showing at the same time reaching its maximum power, it generates forces enough to melt the small points of energy, and this way creates the energy vortex of that Portal.

That vortex produces an effect of centripetal power, which, by itself, becomes able to capture the energy frequency in its tuning range, sucking directly from sub-planes, the forces to supply the energy for propulsion of the Portal, without presence of Elementals to operate it.

When a Portal is in that phase, the spatial engineers act there creating currents of Superior Force to anchor the created Portal, in higher spheres, in other words, they anchor the Portal in superior planes.

The process ends, when a Master of the Great Universal White Fraternity with their energy crosses through the tunnel, planes and sub-planes, by beginning the descending energy flow, which no more can be interrupted, except under permission of its creator or someone superior to this one.
