Clairvoyance: I left my body and saw us in a road with Ramp and Master Mingyar Dondup. Maybe other brothers were present, but I did not see. They led us along a riverbed which water had singular transparence, I had never seen before. 

We could see the bottoms of river formed of something like river rocks of varied colors. The local energy was wonderful with very pleasant breeze, and around was a forest composing a beautiful landscape, which vital energy seemed to touch the surface. 

At a given moment, Mr. Dondup stopped and put the hand in the water and caught a small, beautiful crystal, as transparent as that water. The crystal seemed alive and vibrated in smaller portion to the strong and wonderful energy of the place. It seemed that had memory and kept its original vibration.

Back to the place of the meeting, I observed that Mr. Dondup and Ramp implanted the crystals in our solar plexus chakras and adjusted it in agreement with the rotation of the crystal. It was a subtle, very interesting task, because the crystals had their strong energy "reduced" until each of us could receive it without damaging our bodies. 

The following communication clarified the accomplished work: 

The Crystal of Light filters sludge of the psychosphere allowing rapid recharge of Superior Forces. It is enough the mental connection to activate it through the prayer. 

The Centers of Forces staying clean, the energy captured by the Vital Center feeds other wheels in its beneficial health movement. 

Good food is little. Good physical practice, good thoughts and good actions maintain clean the wheels. 

Sludge of the psychosphere and others imposed in the physical plane to humankind pollutes the food of the Earth.

The treatment offered to you seeks to maintain minimum conditions for a beneficial flow of energies, which can give you strength to continue in the task. 

Q: What I saw is even a crystal, as we have in physical plane? 

A: Yes, it is the double of a pure crystal of quartz from the land we introduced in your solar plexus chakra to irradiate there the pure light from the High. For each one of you according to merit and conditions, it unfolds the energy received in forces to stimulate the movement of other wheels. 

Worsening the mental conditions in the Planet, it results in vibrational disturbances in many brothers that may feel more oppressed besides fear, anger and hate involving all, as treacherous snake.

Simply accept the help offered as a gift of God´s Love to His children, Servants of Jesus. 

The Crystal friend favors the mental clarity, discernment, understanding of other intentions, even if nothing says. 

Purity of feelings is an instrument of resistance against the bad inclinations of the soul, dissipating the incessant negative vibrations cultivated by your actions   

Do not delete them, because is your task to give up the inferior conditionings you created. Nevertheless, the energies activated by the crystals aid in the removal of energies resulted from psychic detonation of your mental actions. 

Another benefit refers to the physical health, because once moved away the ghosts of inferior reactions, your internal organs work without the impact and permanent influence of misaligned emotions. 

It improves you in health, acting and dynamism. Under the warm flow of Divine Love, you feel restored, hopeful, comforted and happy. 

The general health favors you in dedication, determination and courage in fulfilling the work.
