Brothers, we at intraterrestrial city of Stelta have been working intensely to help the embodied and disembodied one from floods that devastated our State, where is our intraterrestrial city Stelta.

Many brothers of other intraterrestrial cities, through tunnels, are rendering invaluable help to homeless people, not stopping speaking to their souls for not let them down, and for not annihilate their lives for despair, because of material losses.

We gathered those sufferers today in the astral plane to explain them about their life program planned close to their Guides that guide them in this present incarnation.

To this current collectivity, we spoke about their lives, performances in the cities annihilated by armies of the Roman Empire, their performances in the slavers ships sunk by pirates; the destruction of families and separations from their homelands. Then, we spoke about the foreigners' invasion in American lands that for the search of gold and lands, they destroyed many lives, families and cities.

We are today the summary of our pas history.
