Do not let the anger destroy your thoughts, because it will take you to the abyss of suicidal death.

Do not distract the mind in the immoderate longing of having goods besides your needs, because without noticing, you will be attracted for the suicidal traps.

Pray and watch so that inferior feelings do not lead you to fall.

Keep in the heart, faith and hope in the future, so that the light of a new day smile at your pain.
