The following message was received after a first aid class, taught in GESJ, responding to a request of our Master Ramatis.
Dear Brothers,
Peace in Jesus, Sananda. The time is important. The moment is approaching and you need a lot of calm, faith and hope in your hearts.
You are Christ's soldiers in these moments of pain and "gnashing of teeth". Do not fear. Go ahead. We will be with you giving intuitions, as well as to all who wish to give help.
The planet needs these difficult times to be sanitized. Courage and work.
During the night, a lot of work is accomplished through your help. May you be prepared for the moment, through prayers and mentalization in Space Workers.
Do not forget to put the water behind the door and beside the bed to drink. It will help you and your family with the diseases yet to come upon the Earth.
Peace in your hearts.

Note 1: Still today, we, goers of GESJ, put a daily glass filled with filtered water and covered with a saucer on the bedside table every night. In the morning, after brushing our teeth, in the fasting state, drink all the water.
The glass that we put in a corner behind the main entrance, is discovered; you can not mix this glass with the dishes of the house. This water must be dumped into the toilet daily in the morning and flushed, or into the washing tank and right after open the faucet for a moment.
What we drink acts as a preventive, freeing the physical body of diseases. What is on the floor behind the door absorbs negativities that are on the subtle plane.
Both processes were passed by an Extraterrestrial Brother.
