Although you do not remember of other incarnations you had, what you experience today is only a reflection of what you have planted in rebellion with moral laws of the planet from which you were exiled.

If your consciousness has already awakened, you do not lose the opportunities of renewal always offered to you. There are several paths for the good. The friendly word, the neighbor who begs for forgiveness, the meekness in gestures and words, conviction of true faith, the daily exercise in the control of desires and thoughts, the balanced care of the physical body in avoiding excesses for proper control of the unwelcome diseases that appear before the effective programmed  cleaning for the astral body.
