We continue throughout these three numbers the Divulgations generously requested us by our Star Brothers, having Commander Ashtar Sheran and Master Kutumi = Ramatis at front of this humble work.

The following message was a psycophonic one received by a "channel" or "medium", at the GER, on March 10th, 1997. Observation: For those who do not know who is Yury, an extraterrestrial friend, read the chapter As Barreiras do Medo (The Barriers of Fear) of our little book Os Extraterrestres e Nós, Vol.1 (The Extraterrestrials and Us, Vol. 1).

Y - Soldiers of the Light!

D - Welcome you in God`s name, Brother!

Y - One more time I am among you.

D - Is it the Brother Yury speaking?

Y - That`s it. I came here to clarify some questions. It is really myself who is with you at this moment.

D - Our happiness is great. There was some time we were not so graceful with your friendly presence. We missed you!

Y - Other tasks I was involved at, performing them while I was not present among you; however, keep sure that, by mean of the thought force, you were with me.

D - Thanks to FATHER! We are very happy because of that!

Y - Your incredulous humanity attempting to distort the extraterrestrial consciousness on Planet Earth is falling down in traps. For those groups working under Commander Ashtar Sheran orientation is important to elucidate and divulge, not allowing false ideas settle down and spread into the heart of those who still are on the way of understanding and discernment of fraternity prevailing among inhabitants of the Universe. Those attempts emerge from tough hearts wanting to denigrate that mission we perform at this time with your humanity. As matter of fact, those attempts emerge firstly from fearsome hearts far away from the LIGHT, wanting to originate fear and disharmony, instigating those so unprepared humans to ask for evidences regarding a possible passage of negative extraterrestrial beings to their Planet. That asseveration is baseless since long time ago the Portals of Earth were closed for any kind of intruder. You do not allow this situation keeps going. It is up to you, Messengers of Light, to clarify those incautious humans and fortify the faith in weak people. The given order is to persist, despite of attempts made to brake down the idea of fraternity, love and service we are attempting to establish, in order to facilitate this humanity a better passage through natural cataclysms Earth will promptly face.

It is necessary you receive us right in your hearts to let us help all you. This is the primordial condition.

As much as possible love we would have it could not do anything without Light. Since we are avoided our action plan won`t reach you. If within your hearts would not be any spark, although so tiny but being useful to open us the way to help, then our plan will not work.

Y - Does the sister want to ask something?

D - We would like to know, if possible, about the future events in respect to the period, even without an exact date. Will the most serious phase of everything to occur be during the second semester of 1999?

Observation: We lost many words because of a recording problem before we wrote as follow:

Y - ... the heavy vibrations, negatives as you call them, intensely vibrating in those places of human agglomerations, as prisons, institutions of recuperation of children and teenagers, will give you the clues. Those places will blow up like bombs. Waves of violence and pain will spread in an uncontrollable way for your society. Be prepared for that.

D - Brother, we are already living that time. Daily there is a rebellion at prisons or penitentiaries. On the other hand, the apparently isolated or collective murders, viciousness of all species, violent passions and heavy works of black magic leave pain, despair and distort into an extraordinary proportion. I guess, because of that, the Cleaner or Intrusive Star passage is coming so soon. What do you say about that?

Y - With my concern to your considerations which are so mindful to the reality of your world, I do affirm you, with the authority granted to me, that what you are living today in this Planet is still the beginning. Those so violent souls won`t be contained in the jails anymore. Your police will not have any control over them. They will be among you, daily and disperse over the surface of Earth as animals inquiring after their preys. Nowadays, they already coexist with you, but they still need to disguise themselves, nevertheless, at that moment from which we have already spoken, the hour for separation of wheat from darnel would come. At that moment, the companionship among beings having so much different vibrations will not be tolerable. It will be time to act. It will be the hour we interfere. It will be Time for Redemption!... We will make ourselves physically present, through all possible ways, to reach any one of you that can be rescued. At that moment, my brothers, do not worry, do not disturb your hearts because of fear, affection and doubts, because it will not have any time to solve them. It will have time to rescue those of you that could be rescued.

The moment is of concern and serious, so, it is up to every body clarify to everybody, whom believe it or not, so later on they would not allege they were not warned; at the necessary moment, they need to be prepared with their hearts to receive us.

D - Brother, do we continue with the work of divulgation, or stop in number 12 or from the material we already have and probably to come will publish a book?

Y - It is already on progress the reorganization of the work of the "Divulgations" that you are performing now, however new orientations will come at the right time, but I can give you in advance that for the new task it will be necessary among many values the "UNION". It is necessary the "Cells" spread begin to be joined in the work of divulgation because once fortified in the ideal you could offer a better resistance to the strongest and biggest attacks your work will experience.

D - My brother, since four months ago, I feel on the left side of my brain, I do not know how to accurately locate it, strong palpitations like heartbeats. This is not continuous; it comes and goes without my will. Was a species of chip or something like that inserted on my head or is it just a physiological reason? An intense warm I feel is from inside to outside?

Y - Your physical body comes day by day loosing its natural coolness on everything that is new (I am 74). Due to the work you perform it is necessary to keep the physical cells having a little bit more of vital tonus in order to maintain you receiving information, ideas and intuitions coming to you from outside or from yourself. This amount of information is brought to you by the accumulated knowledge since decades and milleniums.

Those changes in you are alterations on your metabolism made and maintained by spatial technicians in order to conserve you.

What we are just doing is calibrating an instrument to be able to prolong its use.

D - I was distrusting on it. I am grateful to you, as well as those who worry about my physical condition. I will not disappoint you. There is no fatigue, hunger, sleep, cold or heat that precludes me to put "the writing up-to-date", when it is a spiritual task.

Y - Time allowed me for this communication is running out. Is there any other question?

D - There is a question in mind since years ago, however such inquiry is out of our present subject. I am even without any courage to ask for. Can I?

Y - You can my sister.

D - What do you say about the phenomenon "chupa-cabras" (goatsucker)? I think it is a very serious issue and I have been searching about it. Do you have any information about? I know you worry about superior things as to deal with such a subject.

Y - The FATHER purpose and Superior Mentors permission wanted I came here to clarify you exactly about this subject. When I was speaking about fearsome attempts to denigrate our image among the people of this Planet, it was this I spoke about.

D - Do you mean this phenomenon is included in those attempts?

Y - Those phenomena are natural and pertinent to survival and interaction of the beings that inhabit the Earth, however, there also exist other phenomena insufflated by powerful minds wanting to create discord. Those minds come forging among you undesirable and illusory situations involving the presence of extraterrestrial beings. Do not believe and not allow others to believe on the presence of extraterrestrial and intraterrestrial causing such phenomena. There is no any intraterrestrial city in this Planet promoting this kind of harm nor anything coming from other neighbor planets (not so evolved extraterrestrial). It is not because of they do not attempt to do it, but because they are forbidden to arrive and to have access to beings of any nature.

Less evolved minds keep receiving the perverse vibrations in their souls promoting the doubt that it would be a fault of protection where a being of that nature (like goat-sucker) could have been entered and caused this evil. Many of those who work in the clarification are rightly who present a contrary hypothesis.

D - What we are able to do, will do, beginning with the publication of this message. I guess those beings are people that along many lives have been drinking animal and human beings blood in reverence to their gods (Moloch, for instance) and in witchcraft works.

Y - Perfectly. The sister understood well.

D - I really understood, since long time ago I have been thinking about this enigmatic subject, however I was sure they were no extraterrestrial brothers, when that hypothesis came out.

Y - Continue with your inquiries, keep studying, above all placing yourself to the service. Nobody will be able to dominate a complete knowledge but a set of your experiences, activities and development of virtues can indicate you, constantly, the paths and lights of elucidation.

Now, we are going to transcribe some lines extracted from the Rochester`s book, The Wizards, page 155, that perfectly fits on this subject.

…" We named "grub" those murder and outlaw spirits of the space who in some cases possess the body of a live person and have no mercy to expulse the legal owner creating ties that link it to the body. When it becomes owner of the organism, condemned by the nature to decompose itself, the "grub" finds some way to extend during some time, long or short, an illusory life due to material fluid accumulated in its astral body. This is consequence of its continuous activity over the living creature and its extraordinary force used to maintain, with some difficulty, the acquired instrument.

Such a nasty creature uses those inhabited carcasses for several types of abuses and to achieve unknown things. In order to keep such ephemeral life the "grub" with implacable cruelty takes by assault new lives, lacerates and kills them since the affected fluid of decomposition, as soon as it leaves its astral body, is fatal for any being.

The "grub" also is able to become corporeal. Some of them tend to do that during night, others even appear during the day and for a profane one it is difficult to differ from living beings. However, in relation to living beings its contact is so tragic for incarnates. That is the reason why those grub-like beings are moved away: those most submissive are maintained as prisoners in the Earth`s atmosphere, while the most dangerous are transferred to an extinct planet where they are obliged to stop with their activity.

In that extinct planet where the "grubs" have to be there is not material and vitalizing fluid, so the astral body that fills them and the substance that overloads them volatilizes step by step..."

Following with Rochester to answer some inquiries.

... "Why do the spirits become so materials and death is not able to return them the spiritual state?

The reasons of such state are simple and clear. The material life full with all kinds of abuses impregnates the astral body with impure fluids in such a point that when death separates it from the material body, the spirit - heavy like a mountain - is not able to lift up to the atmosphere. It feels every corporeal desire and to satisfy them to the full it makes use of means, even the most criminal"...

Now, to finish this up we are going to transcribe some extracts from a book of Ramatis: Magia de Redenção (Magic for Redemption).

Question - Is there another source of so repugnant nutrient to those vampires besides blood of animals and birds?

Ramatis - The blood of animals and birds which vital remain is of low vibration only can be absorbed by the primitive spirits of inferior vitality. Those requirements were related to taking those people first-born sons or young virgins to decapitation sacrifice at the sanctuary or death in the incandescent womb of the brazen idol. While the lugubrious ceremony was taking place in the physical plan the monstrous vampires satisfied themselves with the blood shed by those bloody practices.

The people from Canaan and other adjacent neighbors such as the Ammonites, Moabites, Phoenicians and Catargineses venerated Moloch, a pagan deity whose cult generally was based on sacrificing the first-born who was thrown alive in the brazier that burned in the entrails of the brazen statue. There were other sacrifices based on decapitation of virgins and children along the sacred borders of rivers performing a kind of domestic cult incited by the priests of Moloch executing another barbarous rite.

Question -Which is the perverse action that those black magicians did proceed to do to obtain the human blood?

Ramatis - They instigated all kind of events that provided them an outflow of blood, either by the mortality of animals at the slaughterhouses or those murderous and beastly conflicts between humans, as well as at blood stained war battlefields. Analyzing the history of your world, we verify a blood shed at its surface seems to compete with its rivers filled up of water!

The Bible is a prodigal book of massacres, murders, revenges and tumults on behalf of Jehovah. David, the Psalmist, despite of his attributed glories is one of the fiercest slaughters of the Biblical times. In the history pages from your world there were tremendous plagues such as: Atila, Gengis-Kan, Tamerlan, Cortez, Alexander, Anibal, Carlos Magnus, Julius Cesar, Napoleon, Kaiser, Hitler and others who made run tons of blood from the bodies at cruel combats!

Those people were so active and unconditional "suppliers" of palpitating and bloody meat providing the quotas of vital residuals to those unquenchable of the Darkness...

 

 

We introduce you two versions that help us to understand or have an idea on what the Chupacabras (goatsucker) phenomenon has to be. Now we give you a vidence from one of our channels (mediums).

"I concentrated myself and suddenly was at a very dark place. It was like those nights without stars and moon. I felt something very strange in the air, similar if everything was hypnotized and a great silence.

So, I saw a big `shadow` approaching the direction in which I was located. I kept wait calmly that approaching because realized I was there just as simple observer, like watching a film, although I felt an atmosphere of reality. However, can not affirm if what I saw it was happening at that moment or it was a flash back of something had already passed.

When the `shadow` approached a bit more I perceived it was a group comprised by approximately seven beings who were guiding `something` that seemed to be alive, however unknown for me. It seemed a giant cocoon and in the darkness of night it was most difficult to realize what I really saw. I immediately thought about a giant thought-form but I was in doubt because my intuition said me that thing can not be destroyed or disintegrated the way Sidereal Technicians do to eliminate them.

(Observation: In order to support the channel intuition we add the following: a thought-form is created conscientious and either by will or non-voluntarily, through similar thoughts).

On the contrary, that being was under well caring and carefully guided to be fed, in such a way we do with the animals. I realized that being did not have freedom and frightened me that somebody cares on it. I noticed the being was under some sedative or hypnosis effect because it easily allowed be guided someplace.

While I was watching the scene and formulating some conclusions, one of the brothers who lead the giant cocoon began to give information on my mind and those revelations he made me are all terrible.

I understood that creature silently carried away through a dark night was a millenarian build up forged by the human mind since the beginnings of humanity.

I was right when deduced it was not a simple thought-form easily to be disintegrated. That being acquired an existence by its own right based on the bloodthirsty and violent attitudes the terrestrial humanity cultivates all milleniums long.

That creature always demanded more and more blood dripped from sacrifices, holocausts, beastly and cruel wars, and human slavery with rights over life and animal butchery. At last it became powerful as a product of the collective human mind.

The coming of Jesus and the Gospel would have precluded that being growth and its appearing could be fatal to it. But that was not happened. The humanity did not want it that way. Wars, slaughters and sacrifices continue until now. And there it was in front of me, guided with docility by Brothers from the Great Universal White Fraternity, those Space Soldiers who as so few people have conditions to deal with such a being. In that moment I deduced beings from Earth could not come close to it because of the risk to be sucked disappearing entirely.

During my astral travels with Shama Hare, who is one of the Spiritual Instructors of G.E.R., I remember he picked one being up from certain place from inside the Earth during many months. That `thing` looked like that I have seen now.

However, one of the most amazing revelations would come soon: That being needed human blood to feed on itself. In past Eras this need was frequently satisfied by human sacrifices and animals such goats and sheep. Such need originated from minds of priests and those people who were protected by the shadows of ignorance within their temples.

Nowadays its need of blood echoed in minds of those having great power to instigate for conflicts and able to spill blood they need so much. However, some years ago, I do not know how many, the being I am speaking about it is under control to prevent its unhealthy will is not influencing humans who at the moment are able to destroy among them having no interference of creatures like this. This is the conclusion the Masters of the U.W.F. (Universal White Fraternity) arrived.

Nevertheless, despite of that, the being needs to be fed. It can not be destroyed and its need must be satisfied at least while current humanity feelings are reciprocal and its existence will be a reflex of current human life stage. Then, those brothers were going that way. Such self-sacrificing Intergalactic Brothers are immune to unhealthy and dreadful influence and tragic attraction of that being. They were feeding and caring on it.

Since the beginning another odd fact called my attention: the material density of that creature. It was something between the physical and the astral, so those brothers guided it with extreme attention, throughout the night, in far away places to prevent been seen. Perhaps this explains the sensation I had when this revelation initiated. A sensation that everything, even the wind calmed down like if under a kind of hypnosis state time stopped.

While I was assimilating the aforementioned information I looked something that seemed to me an absurd that was not happening.

New information arrived: they told me that animals going to be sacrificed were under anesthesia and their "sparks" were moved away from body before the disgusting being could suck them out their blood entirely.

Only blood of herbivorous animals could be offered to it to satisfy its ferocity.

The herbivores, based on analysis made by beings that study the creature, have a blood very similar with that of the human being; such is the case of the goats and sheep. Perhaps this explains the offering these animals for the gods since the beginning of time.

As the animals are sacrificed they (Star brothers) immediately attended them at the astral plan. Their death happens without any trauma, instead what happens at the slaughterhouses. It was what I saw and heard on May 1997.

When I came back was able to compare what could see about the unexplainable chupacabras (goatsucker) phenomenon and it has nothing to be with extra or intraterrestrial beings. This phenomenon is consequence of milleniums and milleniums of madness and cruelties performed by terrestrial people."

I want none doubt that the Earth waits its `moment`. It is a moment of concern and completely unknown for the humanity. What it really needs this humanity as to deal with that situation is equilibrium. However, many people ask themselves how to keep the equilibrium in a so surprisingly new and terrible situation. And I tell them that it must be through the knowledge that this time will come.

It is not on a dubious way that knowledge is desired.

It is on a clear and objective way. And all of you have already had that certainty.

Now, what is very important resides on these `Divulgations` could reach the greatest amount of people to have them assimilating this knowledge in a more objective way.

Finishing up this subject I ask: How attribute to divine beings who are helping us on this crucial hour so great madness? How attribute to our Superior Brothers, more developed than us in technology, science and moral, so great foolishness? This only can emerge from badly informed or frivolous minds, manipulated by the shadows playing their game.
