A great contingent of brutish, animalized and cruel spirits are born daily in deformed bodies, in extreme misery, unable to remain for a long time in the physical body; however, sufficient time to drain much of the toxins from the astral body into the "blotting" of matter. And so the commitments of these souls are reiterated in the flesh, according to the process of descent into matter (reincarnation).

Many other spirits committed to the Law of God, battered by pungent pain, for too long in the puddles of the lower astral, are organized into groups by Noble Higher Entities. They are born in the flesh and live in matter as rejected or abandoned, children exploited by addicts and delinquents, also remaining little time incarnated.

In these "final times," any opportunity for diving into matter, for toxic drainage of the astral body into the physical through reincarnation, and blessed oblivion of the crimes committed, is immediately accepted by the repentant and desperate reprobates of the lower astral.

There are endless queues of unhappy creatures on the lower astral plane, desirous of plunging into oblivion of the flesh and purging one part of their guilt toward one another, into the pungent pain in themselves.

There are also perverse and cruel spirits from the gloomy regions that, despite their non-acceptance, are compulsorily released into the physical world, reborn in ghettos and pestilent slums, exposed from birth to premature death, to extreme violence and banditry.

They are born amid the vices and crimes they have sown during so many past lives and are now exploited or exploit again, prematurely losing life in the flesh.

All the spirits inhabiting the lower astral steeped within a vibratory range determined by Higher Minds, will be cast into matter in purging reincarnation to reduce the toxins of their astral bodies, cultivated by their vile minds. The vast majority can not awaken their consciousness to remain on the New Earth, because life in matter will often be as fleeting as a dream. But, constrained in a physical body, prevented from sowing the pain and making the right harvest, will drain, incontinent, great toxic load of their delinquent spirits. They are reborn in the world, everywhere, in all geographic latitudes, without conditions of choice. They are led by Superior Minds who wish them the best, and wish to withdraw them from the state of stagnation in the purgatory sludge of the abysses.

These souls contribute to the increase in crime in the world you live in of "End of Times." However, if you are incarnated today in this "hell of Dante," in which the physical world has become this hour, it is because you also have guilty minds towards your neighbor and the Greater Law. However, if contrary to the delinquents of Divine Laws, who compulsorily redeem their debts, you are those who have already awakened their consciousness and strive to redeem themselves before the Greater Law, your destiny will change and you will be propelled forward and upward in the ascension spiral of spirit.

There are many sinners who still doze in ignorance of error.

Few, at this hour, vibrate in tune with the Hosts of Good, and they are the wheat that will feed the New Age.
