Brothers! We will elucidate, in brief words, the Elemental world.

Elementals are simple spirits and totally submissive to the commands of beings of high spiritual elevation that guide them, in the environment in which they are inserted, no matter in which category they are staging for their evolutionary progress. They are still infantile spirits and devoid of free will, because they do not yet have the concept of right and wrong, to individually tread towards the progress of their souls, necessitating, therefore, of superior direction to cross this important evolutionary stage.

Because they have no will of their own, any drastic change that happens in nature is not due to rebelliousness or disobedience of the Elementals to Divine programming. They could not - by not having the power to do so - alter, modify or nullify a project elaborated by highly developed sidereal minds illuminated by their own will or by the belief that they have the right to punish men.

However, the environment in which they live, when undergoing sudden changes in energy - previously balanced between the elements of water, fire, air and earth - acts as a catalyst that binds a telluric force capable of generating an impact similar to that of the simultaneous explosion of several atomic bombs.

Guided by higher beings who command them, the Elementals gather the catalyzed energy. This energy, when it is no longer possible to store it in the astral environment, is transmuted by the Elementals, each in its element, into the physical environment, thus causing great catastrophes, as you observe in your world. For a better understanding, it is as if several atomic bombs were about to be detonated around the Earth. However, since the Creator does not destroy the creature, this resource is used - the catastrophes - totally supervised by the Sidereal Engineers.

Important decisions could not fall on fragile shoulders, burdening still-nascent consciences. In their still primitive capacity for understanding, we could not blame them for the destruction of the environment in which humans live.

However, men, in full intellectual capacity and developed planetary consciousness, in the unrestricted use of free will, may, according to their participation, reap the fruits of the imprecise planting in the destruction of the kingdoms of nature and in the disharmony of the Elementals. Humans, with evil and selfish actions, are entitled to destroy what does not belong to them.

It follows that these little beings are important for the maintenance of the balance of nature and follow faithfully at higher commands.

The events of transformation of Earth's geographic landscape have been elaborated millions of years ago and everything is directed towards a purpose: the vibrational elevation of the planet.

Another point to be clarified is the communication of these beings with men. When an Elemental communicates with incarnate men, it is because there one already perceives a twinkle of intelligence and the construction of an individual consciousness. Thus a Deva allows the communication of the innocent being with men, but under severe supervision, so that the dialogue does not affect his still fragile and simple mind, not surpassing his intellectual limits. In this communication, they inform only what is allowed by the Higher Hierarchy, always intensely supervised by the being assigned to guide a certain group of Elemental.

Brethren, nothing on Earth happens by default! Everything before is approved by the Creator and the Superior beings who act always aiming at the universal designs of creation.

The Hierarchies are followed and obeyed, for without order and planning, chaos would have already established itself in the Universe.
