Dear readers - Peace in Jesus.

We have started this number of divulgation with a message of an intraterrestrial, inhabitant of Stelta, subterranean city, located in Pedra Azul, municipality of Domingo Martins/ES. Such a message was extracted from our book: Os Intraterrestres de Stelta (Intraterrestrials from Stelta).

Since this number we are gonna be passing along more frequently messages of the Intraterrestrial brothers, attending the orientation of our beloved Mentor, Master Kutumi or Ramatis, given when we did the travel to Serra do Roncador (Roncador Mountain) in November-December 1998.

As a clarifying thing: I started to be interested for the extraterrestrials in 1949 and for the intraterrestrials at the beginning of the 60`s. Both issues fascinated me at the first "glance" and every day passing I feel more attracted to them.

Today, making memories of my life, I clearly see my strong involvement for both issues, making part since the beginning of the work I have been doing in this Group decades ago.

I remember when I had learned by the very first time about the existence of the great subterranean city located in the Roncador Mountain. Its entry or entries were cities cared by the Xavantes Indians. Those Indians in during those times were very aggressive making that region a forbidden place for strangers. I think that the "caciques" (chiefs) and "pajes" had knowledge, although superficial, about the "mysteries that surrounded that land".

I thought to visit that place as somebody wishing to visit the moon. The time passed along and for my great surprise I saw myself in body and soul the day 02/12/98, at noon, with the sun over our heads, four persons and me, accompanied by a cacique Xavante. This cacique was charming, educated and spiritualized. We were sat on a place close to the Roncador Mountain. This was in a village of the Xavante Indians, whose houses still are primitive holes and whose women do not speak Portuguese. We read the mantra, singing and making our prays to the Lord of All the Worlds for the Peace in our small World!…

The impossible dream comes true thanks to our "Great Cacique" Ramatis.

In this divulgation we are not giving details of our travel: Vitória-Cuiabá-Xavante Village Pimentel Barbosa; we will say only enough for the understanding of the issue.

Following we will quote the words of Ramatis extracted from the message we received in Água Boa/MT, 12/03/98 and already published in the past Divulgation (17):

…"A new cycle of work is beginning highlighting the intraterrestrial life existing on this planet.

It is time to rise the curtain before the terrestrial humanity to see the reality of the facts and the facts indicate the presence of life, strong life, evolving life in the subterranean worlds of this planet.

Universe and dynamic in evolution, the time never stops. Knowledge is the evolution of the beings that should accompany the rhythm of life.

Your humanity is delayed in the knowledge about the presence of life forms in different worlds distributed in the system, galaxy and other universes.

It is time to expand the consciousness and the first step is telling them regarding the existence of those brothers.

The moment in which they will be helping in the Rescue of many incarnated people is approaching and it is necessary that your humanity be prepared to receive that help.

You can expect to see friendly hands to help you from the sky, however you can also expect to appear friendly hearts to help from the Earth inside. It is necessary your humanity knows that everywhere where the FATHER wishes the life appears, confusing the poor human thinking limited to its form and structure.

Do not think that the change will happen suddenly, but it is necessary that the work start now to gain force, form and body.

For you, loyal Group of work, that have been along these years receiving and accomplishing our orientations, we give this task to inform your humanity about the presence of the Intraterrestrial Beings"….

So much has been offered by the Major Spirituality. More than really we deserve has been revealed with the magnificence and mercy of the Divine Love for all the creatures.

After decades being here I had been contacted open minds willing to develop the seed of the Good News, while I never contacted before a Group of work similar to yours. The seriousness that you present to the Christian service and the respect you deserve in the Subtle Spheres of understanding make me see that would not be so much happy that who is your Spiritual Guide, Mr. Kutumi.

Considering all the factors and circumstances that cover us at this moment of our lives I came to communicate before you through this message, giving the authorization to enter the sanctuary of Letha.

Indeed, I am only the messenger of that authorization and I make part of the Council that conceded it, being all the other members older and experimented inhabitants citizens of Letha.

Any of you that enter this city, as I did in past years, would remain complete surprised trying to understand how a human would be able to produce by itself so much beauties and irradiating so much light. There is in all an "ingredient" lacking in your humanity and today, after years still is evidently more lacking: the Love!

That catalyzer is able to integrate the creatures to their environment making it ONE with the Universe; and it is able to do and create material and semi-material forms.

The evolution of Lethans has been so much that their cardiac chakras emit light able to burn to those unprepared and delayed humans. Having so much training, capacity of reduction and energetic control, few inhabitants take the risk to circulate among the common humans of surface in search for information that let them know about the level of evolution in which the human of surface are.

The Rescue is a painful and difficult moment for the humans. It is a needed moment for this humanity so linked to the values far away from the reality.

We are willing to receive you, authorizing since this moment the entry that let you visit our areas. Pay attention to strictly follow the instructions of your Guides assuring your physical integrity and that of your subtle bodies. Any fault could cause serious harm to the tissue of your bodies.

I am an inhabitant of the inside of this Planet. I am what you call an Intraterrestrial. I reside in the inside of Earth and make part of a great community.

The reason of our communication is to maintain frequent and direct contact with this Group, since we are participating in the work of unblocking the astral plane of the Earth. That is it, my brothers, have you no doubts. Not only non-incarnated beings and extraterrestrials are on this labor, but also us have been invited to.

We have no physical body any more and were trained to collect low frequency material from the terrestrial astral and to cleaning up the subterranean channels of this planet.

We are beings in median evolution and we still are subjected in some way to the Karmic Laws.

The work of astral unblocking helps a lot for our evolving process.

We were told by Planetary Commands that we should unite to some terrestrial groups of surface that work actively with the technicians of the astral plane to the service of clean up. It was passed along to us the task to help this Group.

My brothers the faith is a powerful agent transforming of individualities. Those who are located in the faith, in its Divine certainty, are guaranteeing a marvelous future of sublime happiness. With the graceful of God, with the permit of the High and with the presence of those Warriors of the Light who converge for the success of the journey, we establish the presence of light in this place. Arms extended side to side, spiritual world and physical world proving it is possible the living in the Love and confidence in God.

Those who want to evolve need to grab their cross and follow to Jesus. The progress is gonna be taking process.

Have not so much afraid for you, and work incessantly in service of charity.

Promptly that Peace and silence that you are living here will be substituted for screams of desperation and pain, howls of beasts that will be released among the humans, snakes that will crawl, entering and going out of all places where the humanity inhabits. Question - Who are those intraterrestrial brothers?

Answer - They are beings inhabiting the inside of Earth. They are, in their great majority, in a superior grade of evolution in relation to the people of surface. They realize on their task in this planet. There are several races of intraterrestrial beings, however, the information regarded to you refers to beings linked to the GUWF, since they will be in contact with humans of surface in the moment of transition.

Q - What are the objectives of contact among the intraterrestrials and the humanity of surface?

A - The main objective refers to provide to the humanity the knowledge about the existence of intraterrestrial beings and also about the help they will give during the Planetary Transition.

Q - How to identify an evolved intraterrestrial being?

A - Their vibrations are extremely serene and do not have any trace of aggression, since they have outweighed the evils of egoism and they are docile. They have mutual respect to the nature and all they follow strictly the laws of evolution.

During their contacts transmit peace and calm. They establish telepathic communication and their eyes express serenity and goodness. They never preclude the human free will and are opposite to curiosity.

Q - Are there many intraterrestrial cities?

A - Yes. Several cities as well as some major cores that include several closer cities being true centers of intraterrestrial force. There are cities in Brazil, some cores located in the Roncador Mountain, Chapada Diamantina and Amazonian Region. There are several intraterrestrial centers located all around the world, such in the Peruvian Andes, to the south of Argentina and Central Europe among others. The mission of those intraterrestrial centers is to irradiate light and contribute to the planetary evolution.

Q - How is gonna be performed the collecting of human beings into the inside of Earth, due to the rescue?

A - This is how the order was given by the GUWF to which we are following: our devices for transport will be employed for picking up people. These devices are able to transit among you without being seen by humans. They have special chambers in which the humans will be maintained in lethargic condition temporarily. It is necessary that one portion of human beings that are going to be rescued remain awake during all the process to help us with the explanations to the others about the facts that will happen. This is to accept the reality of the rescue without panic.

It is necessary the union and serenity to avoid a collapse during the period in which rescued human beings would remain in the inside Earth.

There are among our team of work psychologists trained to give explanations in detail, but your cooperation is very important to the success of the explanations of instructions from the GUWF to the rescued people.

Q - How the moving of rescued people has to be? Is it in physical body?

A - There are several intraterrestrial cities involved in the process of rescue, some are located in a dimension closer to the physical (however, more subtle), so there will be humans rescued in physical body.

There will be the rescue of non-incarnated people that could not follow in directly to the terrestrial astral plane, since this latter will be blocked and suffering deep modifications in its constitution. The beings that will be rescued in astral body will be taken to other intraterrestrial cities in the Forth Dimension.
